BDC Foundation does not sell physical products; however, for event tickets, certificates, or campaign merchandise (if applicable), the following policies apply:

1. Shipping:

• Digital receipts and certificates will be emailed within 24-48 hours of donation.

• Physical items (if any) will be shipped within 7-10 business days via standard courier services.

2. Cancellation:

• Donations cannot be canceled once processed.

• Event registrations may be canceled up to 48 hours before the event for a full refund (if applicable).
